growing Academic Hospitalist group/Section of Hospital Medicine at Saint
Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
Under the supervision of an Academic Hospitalist, the mid-level provider
will perform History & Physicals; admit patients to the hospital; discharge
patients; and round on patients on a daily basis. The position will
entail 1:3 weekend on-call from 8 am to 5 pm with two days off post weekend
on-call. The work day hours are from 8 am to 5:00 pm.
The Section of Hospital Medicine at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical
Center is a newly created Section within the Department of Medicine which
is rapidly growing into all areas of inpatient medicine including consult
medicine and perioperative care.

SURGICAL - CARDIOTHORACIC PROGRAM
Participate in all aspects of preoperative and postoperative care of
adult cardiothoracic surgical patients. Join an innovative team experienced
in minimally invasive surgical techniques including robotics and off-pump
revascularization as well as state-of-the-art approaches for patients with
end-stage heart disease including ventricular assist devices and cardiac
transplantation. Will be hired to the stepdown/progressive care unit with

RADIOLOGY
Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations, order and/or
