We are seeking an experienced Cardiothoracic Surgical Physician Assistant to join a well respected Cardiothoracic Surgical Group Practice in the Nashville, Tennessee area. The Provider would be responsible for management of patients admitted to the CVT Surgeons, assist in surgery and rounding and performing consults, admissions and H&Ps. The Surgeons really prefer someone with EVH experience although open harvesting would be required. The Physician Assistants typically work 50+ hours per week which would include call time as well. The base salary would range from $95,000-$155,000 (Depending Upon Experience), with a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 401K with match, $13,000 signing bonus and up to a $5,000 relocation package. The Provider would be required to sign a two year commitment letter of agreement.
