This position involves surgical assisting for all surgical specialties
(orthopaedics, general and vascular surgery, oncology, gastroenterology,
neurosurgical, plastics etc.). Approximately 50% of the surgical
assisting will be focused in orthopaedics with emphasis on total joints
cases. The Hospital has a Total Joint Center of Excellence.

Well established Orthopaedic Group seeks to add a third full-time Physician
Assistant to their team. The PA will handle sports, total joints,
general and minor trauma cases. The new PA will be responsible for
running a rural clinic for up to two days per week. The position
is a split between the Clinic and the OR. The call schedule is 1/6.
There is a preference for an experienced Orthopaedic PA, but the group
will
train a new graduate if they have a strong desire for orthopaedics,
are self motivated and have an excellent attitude!
The location is a small farming community that is within 30 minutes
of Dayton. The city of Dayton has a revitalized downtown, art and
culture, universities, international airport, solid educational
system and low cost of living. Strong compensation package (Base
salary range depends on experience, plus a production bonus)! Additionally,
