Responsibilities will include:
* Admissions
* In/Out Patient Visits (mostly inpatient services)
* Procedures
* Prepare Daily Progress Notes
* Review STAT labs and studies
* Address any patient problems or concerns as they arise
* Be available to address any family concerns as they arise
* Be available to address any nursing requests promptly
* Review daily labs as they become available in the afternoons
* Attend team conferences as time allows
* Write discharge orders & summaries
Qualifications:
* Completion of PA program recognized by AAPA
* NCCPA certification required
* Previous pain management experience a plus, but not required
* Will train new graduate eager to treat pain management patients
* Must be effective and outgoing and possess excellent clinical and
interpersonal skills

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
Will consider both part or full-time applicants.
Board Certified applicant will perform Physician Assistant or Nurse
Practitioner duties as they pertain to plastic, reconstructive, maxillofacial
and dermatologic surgery at a JCAHO-accredited surgery facility in Darien,
Connecticut, an affluent seaside (Long Island Sound) suburb of New York
City.
* First Assistant duties in the operating room. Pre- and Post-operative
patient care. Minimal emergency care and telephone on-call responsibilities.*
Busy "injectable" component for which the surgeon is willing to train the
applicant in use of Botox, Restylane, Sculptra, Juvederm, Radiesse, etc.
The applicant will also be trained in minor dermatologic procedures such
as microdermabrasion, chemical peels, biopsies and LASERs. Salary and Benefits:
