Physician Assistant. This position includes both the OR and the Clinic.
There is a call schedule that will be worked out. This group prefers
orthopaedic experience, but will train a new LOCAL graduate if they are
NCCPA certified and have a California license! New graduate at a
minimum should have completed an orthopaedic rotation and have a strong
desire for orthopaedics. Compensation: $85k (entry level) and open
for experience, plus a production bonus plan. Production bonus is
40% of net collections. Additionally, there is a full benefits package
provided which includes medical and dental, vacation, and 401K profit sharing.
