Well-established Orthopaedic Group seeks to add their first full-time Physician Assistant to their team. The position will be a split between the OR and the Clinic. The group handles general ortho cases with a strong volume of total joints, sports, fractures and scopes. Responsibilities include: providing first assist, evaluating orthopaedic injuries, eventually running a clinic, reductions, patient evaluation and education, pre and post-H&P's, injections (small joint, trigger point and sin-visc), fracture care, casting and splinting, consultation and reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting. This position has minimal call (if any). Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified. Previous ortho experience preferred, but will train a new graduate that has strong interest in ortho.
