Two Excellent opportunities for experienced General Surgery Physician Assistant Hospitalists to join our team of 11 experienced and entry level PAs. For one position, at least three-quarters of your time will be spent with our resident-based services providing vascular, thoracic, general, trauma, and bariatric surgical care. Additional time may be spent with a PA-based private general surgery service or developing your Critical Care expertise. For this position, vascular or thoracic surgery experience is encouraged. Another position will spend at least three-quarters time with a PA-based private general surgery service, and additional time will be spent developing other surgical skill areas. Both positions perform physical examinations, assist during operative procedures and actively participate in clinical patient management. You will be vital members of our teaching/learning environment. These positions offers competitive salary and benefits and a rotating schedule, comprising approximately 40 hours per week, with up to half of your time on evenings, nights, or weekends.
