The position will focus on caring for complex medical issues of post kidney transplant patients. The PA/NP will provide medication management, H&P's, ordering and reviewing lab tests, patient education, hospital rounds and diagnoses and manage medical problem of post transplant patients. The position is clinic based with some balance of time in the hospital. This PA/NP will work directly with and support Nephrologists. There is no call coverage or weekends. The position is Monday thru Friday and should average 45 hours per week. The group will train a new graduate!
