to come up with a plan to save health care dollars, while meeting the needs
of the 15 + million US residents without health insurance. Please contact

Physician Assistant Programs have a long and successful history of training
and graduating outstanding clinicians who work in a variety of medical
care settings with diverse patient populations. Physician Assistant graduates
are trained not only for clinical excellence, but also in the breadth of
competencies required to be professional leaders in medicine within the
rapidly changing, medical environments of the 21st century. Currently there
are 75,000 Physician Assistant graduates with about 5,000 new graduates
added each year.
Physician Assistants (PA) are important members of the military healthcare
team and provide a broad range of medical services traditionally performed
by physicians. They are the primary medical provider to soldiers
in battalion and division level units and also provide garrison healthcare
to soldiers, family members, and other eligible beneficiaries. The
Army PA has served the nation in all conflicts and peacekeeping missions
since the Vietnam War.
PAs often are the principal care providers in rural or inner city clinics
where a physician is present for only one or two days each week. Many PAs
work in primary care specialties, such as general internal medicine, pediatrics,
and family medicine. Other specialty areas include general and thoracic
surgery, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and geriatrics. PAs specializing
in surgery provide preoperative and postoperative care and often work as
first assistants during major surgery.

Job Description Single Specialty Group of Orthopaedic Surgeons seek
to add a full-time Physician Assistant. This position will be 100%
clinic based. The new PA will run their own Orthopaedic Prompt Care
Clinic. Cases will include new and existing patients and consists
of a variety of musculoskeletal injuries. Responsibilities include:
H&P's, injury evaluation, fracture care, aspirations, injections, rounds
and providing patient education. This is a full-time position
which consists of three 12 hour shifts one week and alternating with four
12 hour shifts. The shifts are from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Also,
there is no call required. The successful candidate should
have a minimum of two years PA experience in urgent care, orthopaedics

We are a busy Neurosurgical practice with 3 Neurosurgeons and one Nurse
Practitioner that is seeking to add a Physician Assistant. Neurosurgical
cases break down to about 80% Spine and 20% Cranial. The practice
is currently recruiting a 4th Neurosurgeon and provides Neurosurgical support
for level 3 Trauma Center.
PA will provide Neurosurgical assists in the operating room, make hospital
rounds and perform clinical examinations as needed. Additionally,
candidate will take a call schedule (1st call with physician support) that
typically would be one day per week and one weekend (Fri – Sun) per month.
The medical practice currently has one Nurse Practitioner that performs
clinical examinations and makes rounds at the hospital. The PA schedule
will vary 7:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. (start) for surgical and nonsurgical days.

Job Description Orthopaedic Surgeon with a strong general practice seeks
a full time Orthopaedic PA. The new PA will handle general, total
joints and some sports related cases. The position will be a combination
of the OR and the Clinic. Responsibilities include: patient evaluations
and education, removing casts and pins, consultation, ordering and reviewing
lab tests, writing scripts, rounds, injections and first assists.
Call is only twice a month. The new PA will have the opportunity
to run a clinic. Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified.
Previous orthopaedic experience is preferred, but will train a new graduate
that has a strong desire for orthopaedics!
The new PA will be employed by the group and will have a very strong
benefits package which includes: 401k, profit sharing, medical, dental,
one week CME ($2500), STD, LTD, flexible spending plan, 18 days PTO, plus
eight vacation days. The position is located in the twin cities area
of Minnesota. Base salary is $70k's (new graduate) and is open for

Job Description Healthcare System seeks a full-time Physician Assistant.
This position will be a split between the OR and the Clinic. The
new PA will support a well-established General Orthopaedic Surgeon that
has a very successful practice. The new PA's responsibilities include:
providing first assist, patient evaluation and education, pre and post-H&P's,
injections (small joint, trigger point and sin-visc), rounding, consultation
and reviewing lab results in both a clinic and hospital setting.
Successful candidate should be NCCPA-certified. Previous PA experience
is a must! Please note that PA experience in other specialties would
be considered. The group prefers a candidate that has ties to the
region. The position averages 40 hours per week with a call of 1/3.
The work week is four days per week and ten hours per day.
The location is in a beautiful area that is a convenient 45 minute drive
to Seattle. The location offers ocean, mountains, culture, universities
and is a great place to raise a family. Base salary range $110k to
$120k, plus paid call and a production bonus. Also, there is a sign
on bonus of $10k, plus a relocation package worth up to $10k. Additionally,
there is a full benefits package provided which includes paid medical,
dental, vision, 25 PTO days, one week CME and allowance, insurance and
