Oklahoma Psych We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (FNP, ANP, or MHNP) for an inpatient Psych position in Southern Oklahoma. Will consider an experienced provider or new graduate. Duties will include med management, rounding, etc. Private facility. Primary patient population will be in 3 groups – general adult, geriatrics and intellectually disabled. 2 psychiatrists on site. Schedule will be M-F, 8a – 5p. The shift is currently configured at 5X8s (although there is some flexibility) and the ED physician is willing to train a new or recent graduates. Most serious patients are stabilized and shipped to another major trauma center. This would be a good position for a new or recent graduate interested in working in a true ED setting with on-site physician support.
