PA (General and Sports)
Orthopaedic specialty group seeks to add a full-time PA. This position will work directly with two general
orthopaedic surgeons. Both doctors handle sports, total joints, knees and general cases. The position will be up to
four days in the clinic and the balance in the OR. Responsibilities include: first assist, joint aspirations and injections,
casting, rounding (some weekends), writing scripts, patient evaluation and education, reviewing lab results in both a
clinic and hospital setting. Also, the PA will eventually run their own parallel clinic. Call is 1/3, but it is very minimal.
This position will train a very bright and self-motivated PA. Preference will be given to an experienced Ortho PA's.
They prefer a new PA graduate that is local to the area and has applied for a Florida license. At a minimum the PA
